Moulded Urethane / Cast

The moulded urethane sprockets tend to outlast steel and cast iron sprockets 3.5 times, and significantly enhance the life of the belted chain assembly by eliminating the steel-on-steel wear of traditional sprockets on the steel rods.

The urethane teeth are moulded and permanently bonded to a cast iron body.

Steel

DURABELT is an authorized representative of Black Ace quality steel sprockets and has chosen to stock a sprocket design with replaceable teeth. The sprocket teeth, made of high quality steel, are bolted to a cast iron hub with six (6) bolts. When the teeth of the sprocket become worn, only the steel teeth require replacement instead of the complete sprocket. This design proves to be very cost effective in the long run.




Moulded Urethane/Solid

A solid sprocket profile moulded and permanently bonded to a cast iron hub. Available with or without the solid ring traction belt support.
