Our urethane rollers are manufactured with DURABELT's exclusive triple sealed bearings. These high quality bearings are designed to last like all components in DURABELT's belted chain assemblies. The urethane is moulded around the bearing acting as a fourth seal and insuring a bearing life as long as the roller itself. Urethane rollers with a 25.4 mm (1.00 in) friction bore are also available.

Urethane Wrap/Reverse Drive
Reverse drive idler rollers are specifically designed for wrap or reverse drives and are located on the feed side of the drive sprocket.

The lugs on the rollers are designed to ride between the steel rods minimizing wear on the steel rods and rivet heads. They are made of long-lasting durable urethane and are available with DURABELT's exclusive triple sealed bearing or a 15.4 mm (1.00 in) friction bore.
The rollers are also ideally suited as carry-back or return idler rollers due to the reduced wear on the steel rods and rivet heads.

Tougher than rubber, our polyurethane is bonded to a strong extruded aluminum hub. Finished with a replaceable triple lip gothic arch bearing.
